Spring is capable of independently designing and manufacturing moulds according to customers' supplied drawings or samples and technical requirements; in addition, Spring, by designing formulation in the light of material physical property, accurately and quickly develops new products in accordance with customers' requirements.
Spring has various kinds of professional machines, like compression molding machines, vacuum compression molding machines, injection molding machines, extrusion machines of different sizes and models as well as punch presses. Our products mainly include rubber stoppers and caps, gaskets, tubes, sealing elements, shock absorbers, as well as various profile extrusion plastic parts. The rubber materials mainly cover silica gel, viton, butadiene-acrylonitrile rubber, ethylene-propylene diene copolymer, neoprene, natural gum, butadiene-styrene rubber and butyl rubber. Plastic materials include nylon, makrolan, daicel, high-low pressure polyethylene, ABS, PVC and thermoplastic elastomer TPE and TPR.
Spring has established a complete quality system and passed the certification of ISO9001:2000 Quality Management System respectively. With an independent quality guarantee team and a product quality testing laboratory, Spring, adopting American ASTM2000 and Japanese JIS standards for testing the product quality, can make the tests on rubber physical and chemical properties to satisfy customers' requirements.
